1. Returns:

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Eligibility:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at hello@sassera.com to request a return authorization.
  • Once approved, securely package your item(s) and include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation.
  • Ship the item(s) to the address provided during the return authorization process.

4. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

5. Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at hello@sassera.com to check availability and initiate the exchange process.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items

7. Shipping Costs:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
